Tools and Materials
- 4 Orange pipe cleaners (for the flower petals)
- 1 Green pipe cleaner (for the stem)
Step-by-Step Tutorial
- Step 1: Take 3 orange pipe cleaners and bend each of them into a "V" shape. Prepare 1 green pipe cleaner folded in the same way right underneath them for the stem.
- Step 2: Gather the orange pipe cleaners together at their center points, holding the intersection firmly along with the top bend of the green pipe cleaner.
- Step 3: Cross one side of the green pipe cleaner horizontally over the middle section to begin locking the orange petal frame in place.
- Step 4: Take one individual strand of the orange pipe cleaner and start rolling it inward towards the center point to create a tight spiral.
- Step 5: Continue rolling that strand until it reaches the base, creating your very first solid, round petal at the center.
- Step 6: Repeat the exact same inward rolling process on the next available orange strand to form the second petal.
- Step 7: Keep rolling all the remaining orange pipe cleaner strands one by one symmetrically around the center core.
- Step 8: Finally, twist and secure the green pipe cleaner tightly directly under the flower head to reinforce the stem, ensuring your flower stands upright and sturdy.
